These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PennyPuffin ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"), operated by Archipelago Technics Oy, Finland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Palvelu
PennyPuffin is a free business operating system providing tools such as invoicing, CRM, case management, point of sale, webshop, payroll, booking, messaging, and related features. The Service is provided free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; any such features will be clearly identified and never enabled without your consent.
2. Käyttäjätilit
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a guardian, to use the Service.
- One person may hold multiple business memberships; each business is responsible for its own data.
3. Hyväksyttävä käyttö
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malware.
- Attempt to access other users' or businesses' data without authorization.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service.
- Scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service without permission.
4. Yritystiedot ja roolit
- Each business owns its own data. Business owners control which employees and managers may access it.
- Global site administrators manage users and the site only; they do not access business-internal activity such as sales, cases, invoices, or messages.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of records you create (invoices, payroll entries, orders, and similar documents) and for complying with the accounting and tax laws that apply to you.
5. Markkinapaikka ja transaktiot
When the Service connects parties (customers, businesses, talents), the contract for goods or services is solely between those parties. PennyPuffin is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for their performance, quality, or disputes.
6. Kolmannen osapuolen integraatiot
Optional integrations (for example Microsoft Teams, Gmail, and Facebook Login) are subject to the third party's own terms. You authorize us to access only the data needed to provide the integration, and you may revoke it at any time.
7. Immateriaalioikeudet
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service. The PennyPuffin platform, design, and code remain the property of Archipelago Technics Oy.
8. Saatavuus ja vastuu
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or modify features.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. Keep your own backups of important records.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
9. Tietosuoja
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request account deletion via your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Sopimuksen päättäminen
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or endanger the Service or other users.
11. Muutokset ehtoihin
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Sovellettava laki
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are primarily handled in the competent courts of Finland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
